Apollo
Look at that little face! Apollo is a Rolex son, whose big personality doesn't seem to fit his small frame! This little man is another farm favorite and always seems to be getting into mischief. Name anything and Apollo has done it: pulling sunglasses off of your face, tugging on shirts when he isn’t getting attention, giving visitors kisses through a fence, and his favorite, throwing cups in the air with his mouth! His fiber is soft and consistent, full of crimp and brightness but his big heart, sweet face, and friendly disposition make Apollo a true ambassador of Meadowgate's personality goals. Apollo now serves as babysitter and “role model extraordinaire” for our weaned boys.

This handsome boy is known as the “King of Hearts” - because he steals them from everyone he greets! Instantly a favorite of anyone who meets him, “Copper” is easy-going, calm, gentle, independent, curious, and so so sweet. He loves to welcome visitors on the farm and he gives endless kisses to everyone. Not only did this young cria get his dad’s disposition and phenotype, but he also got his fineness, shine, and staple length. Copper’s fleece absolutely gleams and has an incredibly fine handle, with complete coverage from top to bottom. One walking fleece judge commented “his fleece is a dream for anyone seriously working with fiber - I love everything about it”. And of course, we love everything about sweet Copper!

Equinox
“Knox” has all of the disposition qualities of his mother and father combined, which makes him one of the sweetest guys on the farm. Having already been introduced to countless visitors as a cria, Knox became an agritourism and therapy program superstar in 2022 and, if you’ve ever met Zendaya and Phoenix, you would expect nothing less. But let’s talk about his fiber, which is as sensational as his personality. Fineness, density with tons of architecture - we are loving this fleece! Knox is now a gelding, and will remain at Meadowgate as part of our forever farm family.

This bundle of fiber just glows - when he is not covered in dirt! Hudson loves a good roll, as well as a good hug. His fiber has beautiful consistency with a long staple length and fineness all day long. He has a big personality and a very sweet nature, making him super easy to love. Whatever his future holds, we know he will be a shining star in our agritourism program. We are anxious to get him through his first shearing so we can see that fiber come back in as he matures. Big things are on the Hudson horizon!

This little dude is as cute as they come but don’t let his size fool you - his fiber packs a real punch! With an award winning mum who has one of the calmest demeanors on the farm, and a rock star status dad, Storm is ready to take on the world. Straight and conformationally correct…now he just needs to keep growing. Spending time with his buddies in the boys barn is almost as much fun as getting hugs from visitors. This guy is one of a kind in all the best ways!
