Answers to FAQ’s
The visit you book is a private visit on the farm, for your group only. Our team will be walking you around the farm, introducing you to our alpaca family and answering any questions you have.
You will have the opportunity to take as many pictures and selfies as you want!
Please wear closed-toed shoes that are suitable walking around a farm. (Hint: they might get wet or dirty.)
Farm visits last one hour. Visits often run back to back, so please note that they start promptly at the time you booked, and end one hour later, regardless of the time you arrive. It’s important that we respect the start time of the next group’s visit.
There are no public bathrooms on the farm, and for privacy’s sake we do not allow access into our home. Thank you for planning accordingly, especially families with small children.
Visitors often comment that visiting Meadowgate™ is unlike any other farm experience. Our alpacas are notoriously friendly, love hugs and pictures, and offer you an up-close experience. So, get ready! If you’re not already an alpaca fanatic, you’re one hour from becoming one!
